Susan spent a great deal of time at the consultation understanding our needs and selecting just the right window treatments with us. We got busy with other things and put the project on hold. When we called her several months later, she easily pulled up our records, did another consultation, and even choose paint colors that would work with our drapes. She was sensitive to our budget needs and gave us a range of options. She delivered the project before the holiday entertaining season, which was a huge bonus for us. We are happy with the new look of the room.
