Susan is amazing! She is kind and professional to work with. She has a degree in Interior Architecture & has continued her education. This was an enjoyable, easy experience. I ordered blinds and plantation shutters for two different rooms, and she was very upfront on timing and updating me. I appreciated all the updates. I would recommend Susan to anyone who is looking for a professional honest experience, and can’t wait to use her again! Janice B Naperville
