OUTSTANDING! From consultation to installation Susan from Gailani Designs Inc. was top-shelf in custom design ideas, working within our budget, patience and overall business acumen. She was a pleasure to interact with for both my wife and I. Our custom valances our kitchen and long hang panels in our gathering room are just what we envisioned when we began this project 45 days ago. Throughout the process Susan kept us well informed via phone calls and text messages as to the progress of our particular job. Susan and Gailani Designs Inc. have earned my highest consumer recommendation. I’m certain we’ll be doing additional business together. Justin H. Naperville, IL
