I found Susan Gailani, Gailani Designs on the Houzz website. I sent Susan an email to let her know a little about our project and to determine if the distance between Naperville and Chicago would be a challenge for her to take on our project. Susan responded quickly that she would like to work with us on our project in the city. Susan services the entire Chicago Land area, southern Wisconsin, and western Indiana. We scheduled a phone conversation to understand our needs and get an idea of the extent of the work task. As soon as we met Susan, I liked her and knew right away it would be easy to work with her. She is a very good listener and expert in window coverings. She has an excellent eye for style, color, texture, and appropriateness. She also has a way of bringing out the very best of whatever you have in the room. Her counsel was priceless in every aspect of the project as well as other characteristics in our home. She guided and suggested never dismissing any thoughts or questions we had. Susan worked with us to meet our budget giving us the best of our selections. We recommend her highly and would hire her again for any future projects! Lou Wallack
