I typically am not the one to write reviews (I’m usually just the one to read them!), but really believe that everyone needs to know how incredible Susan and Gailani Designs was in transforming our home windows. We were referred to Gailani and can see why everyone appeared to be raving about her. She’s incredibly professional, polite and listens to all of your needs/ideas (I had plenty of them). Susan quickly became a trusted friend, provided solid advice and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. In fact, in some situations, she talked us out of spending a lot of money on things we didn’t really need. It’s very unusual to find business owners like this – she dedicates so much time to ensuring you are beyond satisfied and really respect her. I will never forget one of the appointments we had was in the middle of a Chicago blizzard…and she showed up right on time in great spirits. We told her (for her safety) that we should cancel the appointment but she made the drive all the way from Naperville to Deerfield. Talk about dedication!! Will refer her to everyone I know as it appears to be incredibly difficult to receive this level of service from anyone these days. BRAVO SUSAN!!!
