After a long 3 month of search, my wife and I came across Susan Gailani’s profile. Once we met and went over our project details, Susan’s expertise and talent made it clear that we found who we have been looking for a 7 Window treatment project. Our budget was moderate (not too low and not too extravagant). Susan closely listened to our requirements, and made her recommendations based on her vast experience. Our project included practicality, treatment, fashion, and effectiveness. We were looking for a very practical but not cheep window treatment solution, a window touch which brings life to a room, a colorful but not too bold look, and finally an effective seasonal solution to address heat and cooling conservation in a large end unit 1800 sq-ft condo with a total of 8 windows. The project didn’t take long before it was complete. measurements were perfect, and the vision was reality. all what she designed came to life. Her expertise and all her recommendations helped make this project fun, exciting and affordable. Not to forget how her installer was immaculate, impeccable, professional, flawless, and perfect. Susan’s professional network also included a wide range of contractors who we end up using to install 4 hand-reach closets (same experience). Since we found Susan, we will practically work with her on so many future projects and refer her to so many different friends and relatives.
