T Thompson

We have been working with Susan on window solutions for our nearly 7,000 square foot home. She has been quite patient with us as we came to her with zero ideas and during a time that we were still completely overwhelmed by our cross-country relocation. She has been the calm within the storm. She has brought us superb design ideas, wonderful suggestions about window treatments based on how the room will be used, and has been able to gently guide us to the best solution keeping price in mind. She has made the entire process so smooth.
