I needed to redecorate a (former) teenager bedroom to be a guest bedroom – replacement of window treatment and addition of accent pillows. My guests were to arrive within a month when I had my first meeting with Susan. I was in panic mode. Thankfully, she was extremely patient and reassuring in the whole process. She gave me fabric and wall paint color suggestions and lots of help in the decision process. She made scheduling of our meetings painless by being flexible, including meeting on the weekend. Once the order went in, I was provided with swatches so that I could shop for co-ordinating accessories. She even offered names of painters in case mine didn’t come through. With her attention and expedition, the project completed a few days before my guests arrived! The room was completely transformed into a refreshed and welcoming space. I received many compliments from my friends. This would not have been possible without Susan’s commitment to meet her clients’ needs and her personal engagement. I have just started another project with her!
