We had the pleasure of working with Susan @ Gailani Designs for our custom window treatments/drapery. She did our kitchen, dinette, family room, living room, dining room, powder room, master bedroom, master bath and a high entry window. It seemed so daunting to do so many rooms at first, but somehow, she made easy and fun because she is so personable, kind and knowledgable. She was very professional at every appointment and made sure she worked within our parameters and more importantly our budget. She got a feel for what we wanted and what our taste is and offered lots of options and ideas. In fact, after spending a lot of time with me making fabric selections, I started to have second thoughts about some of my choices. Luckily, the order had not been placed for the fabric yet, she came right back out to my home with even more samples and we started over with some of our rooms. She told me that she would not be happy unless we were happy. Now, I am the type of person that has buyers remorse after almost every large purchase I make. I can honestly say, now that the installation is complete(her installer was great too btw), I love EVERY single window. I’m already trying to get a budget going to do the remaining rooms in our house. We were so thrilled with the process from start to finish and can’t wait to get started on rest of our projects.
